Needs List: MOPC (UK) gives both financial and practical support

Many everyday items are simply not available in
Zimbabwe. The UK charity gives both financial and practical support and
the following list shows some of the items which we send to Zimbabwe and
which make all the difference to the quality of life of the Community.
We will be very happy to receive any items that you can spare.
Clothes and Shoes for:
Babies including plastic pants, nappy pins and Terry-towelling nappies
Children of all ages, especially for teenage girls
Adults – Men’s and women’s for the workers
Uniform dresses for care-givers
Bedding
Sheets and Blankets for baby cots and adult beds
Plastic cot and bed sheets
Towels, Mosquito nets
Medications including:
Disinfectants / Soap
Cotton Wool, Bandages / Elastoplast
Paracetamol Tablets and Solution
Vitamins
Miscellaneous Items
Baby Formula Milk Powder
Pencils and Ballpoint pens
Seeds for maize and Vegetables
UK pattern, 13 amp square pin plugs
Fuses (3, 5 and 13 amp)
Unwanted (but serviceable) mobile telephones / chargers
Bicycles
Computers
Sewing machines

Your money buys seeds, food, medicine, and pays for school fees and
much more:
£10 will pay a term's fees for 3 children at Primary School
£15 will feed one child each month
£20 will pay a term's fees at Secondary school or feed
10 children for 1 month
